Lorna has such great customer service. I called the morning of my appointment advising that I couldn't get there at that time and I asked if I could move the appointment time if possible and Lorna advised me that there was a time that I could attend. I really appreciate Lornas customer service. Lorna does a great job at her work and I will continue seeing her at this salon.
