The girl who gave my spa was amazing and lovely and great at her job. But your facilities were not a nice experience. If you are going to offer a spa experience which involves a shower your shower should not be a disabled toilet down the hall. I felt like I was taking a shower in a hospital. I also had to walk down the hall in my towel in the cold. And Considering you’re a day spa I would expect nice hand soap not cheap supermarket hand soap. It just ruined the whole experience. Lastly trying to sell products to your clients at the end is just tacky.
