I dropped in without an appointment to have an eyebrow wax and tint and it was a little busy at first and I had to queue HOWEVER, Monique was fabulous. Once it was my turn she gave me full attention, additional advice without me asking, and was genuinely listening and interested. She took time amongst her busy-ness to make me feel special and important - a gift she has for sure,and she is extremely knowledgeable and proffessional. I will definitely be back.And next time for a consultation and treatments. Some trial products she gave me (asap) are simply amazing and I have tried so many different things.What a welcome surprise to the end of amy working day:) Well done!

Unfortunately it was the worse triple xxx I have receive. So much hair left. I've had to shave only after 6 days! Never had this poor result before. The girl seemed very rushed. Also done my eyebrows also very little effect. Very disappointed this time around.

Usually my appointments here are fine. However, this appointment felt rushed and care wasn't taken with the waxing of my eyebrows and lip. My eyebrows aren't as even as I'd like and all I wanted was a tidy up, not what was nearly a reshape. All I ask is that more care is taken and you confirm a client's request.
