Had my 8 year old daughters ears pierced and paid extra for two operators as I thought it could be quite traumatic and she was extremely nervous.All went well,got home and realized that one earring had no back on it!So we had to go back to shop which caused her alot of anxiety.When we got there they opened a new packet and popped a back on which was no drama but I felt that the flippant non apologetic way in which it was dealt with was very unprofessional and the fact that they didn't even check them before we left the salon in the first place made me feel ripped off.
