Mim & Co Hair Lab is a unique boutique salon, specialising in all aspects of hairdressing, hair smoothing and hair extensions. I have been a long term client of this salon but sadly won’t be returning after my visit last week. I was left disappointed with the long waits throughout my appointment which meant I was there for 4 hours, over an hour of which my head was in a basin. I feel the premium price charged does not match the quality of service provided. I left feeling frustrated that so much of my day was taken up waiting in your salon and that I had to pay so much for that.
