Was initially very satisfied with my visit, the clinic is in a really nice space and both the receptionists and the consultant were absolutely lovely! the consultant providing me with lots of details and discussing the procedure in depth. I purchased a deal for two major & one minor area. After discussing what/where I wanted the anti wrinkle the injector came in, she said it wouldn't be enough for the areas discussed with the consultant and that I would need to purchase more. I didn't want to purchase more at this point and time so we agreed upon an area which could be achieved for my desired result & units purchased. This included my forehead as it was the one area I was most concerned about. The injection points were marked out and the injector completed the treatment, but did not place anything in my forehead. When finished I questioned why she hadn't yet put any in my forehead and she said there wasn't enough to do this area!!! I reminded her of how this was my largest area of concern & questioned why it wasn't done when she had said it would. Her response was just an oh sorry & again prompting me to spend another $100 to get this area done or purchase another major area. Which I certainly was not going to do after this! I understand certain purchases/deals only provide you with a certain amount of units, but to be told this area was going to be done and then it not be done is extremely disappointing and seems as if it was an attempt to get me to purchase more. I am now going to be left with wrinkles in the only area which i was most concerned about. Very disappointing!

No ambiance, would be nice to have background music. I felt as though the staff member just put a face mask on and then left me for about 25mins alone. It was very poor facial experience. Does not make me feel comfortable to come back for a more expensive service.

I was waiting 30 mins with no explanation, I left work early to make the appointment. I was told then a mask was being left on for 10 mins and i waited closer to 20 mins with noone in the room. I have had several hydrafacials and never experienced this. The actual treatment was great and the practioner was highly professional and I really liked the result. Really need to work on their communication.

Absurd greed. 4500 to 5300 for facetite Then a little lipo to remove some fat, 3300 each side, 11000 dollars for a procedure listed ad starting at 3,500. Just rediculous.

This is my third hydra facial. The appointment was running behind for almost 30mins, only been told when I approach the receptionist. Should have told me when I came in. The whole experience felt rushed, My usual facialist always do double cleans, this one didn’t. During the Hydra Facial, she go over my face with the device, very quickly and didn’t feel much liquid/serum going over. I can feel the head was just dottig and big space apart, rather than line by line. I always add on extra for the neck, but she only went over once. Big disappointment with is experience, will stick to my usual facialist in the future. :(
