Extremely disappointed with the service.Very unprofessional, sometimes it's better to have fewer customers, so that they are better looked after and happy with the service than more than the staff can handle in a timely manner. Won't be going to the Hair Hub again, and certainly wouldn't be recommending it!

The older lady that worked there was not friendly at all. I assume by the way she spoke to the staff she is the Manager or owner. I have no idea how the staff work with her and I won't go back for this reason. A cranky bully

The time spent there was a bit too long. I was there before the other client who had gotten what i got and left alot earlier then i did. But besides that i did enjoy getting my hair done when someone was doing it.

Everything was going well until I asked to have more taken off the top of my head it is very short I don't mind short but this ridiculous. Sorry but I hate it.

Getting a reminder the day prior to appointment is good. Maybe a quick call on day if girls are running late or overtime with another client could be done to save waiting time.
