The only negative sometimes it feels like the staff are pushed for time as there’s so many clients coming in. Maybe allow a few minutes after hair colours etc if they need a cut or want their hair dried and styled. Sometimes the client may want a trim but hear that the stylists next client has arrived and you don’t want to hold the next client up. Maybe a little less push them through attitude.
