Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

I always receive a warm welcome on arrival and the ambience is great with some wonderful music playing. From my first visit Rose knew exactly how she could help me with my skin problems, and she devised a skincare routine for me using some of the products she recommended. I have had only one particular treatment so far but it has left the large pores on my nose very noticeably smaller. Rose comes across as very knowledgeable in her field of work and I have complete faith in her and would recommend her to anyone.
