Was not happy with the service I got the girl put a gap in my eyebrow n had no good reason for why One of the girls said my eyebrows need to be fixed because of how the last person done it found that funny when the only place I get my eyebrows done Is at essential beauty

Underarms were burned slightly by the heat of the waxing and there were obvious patches of hair left on legs along with a multitude of sticky spots where the wax was not cleaned off. Very disappointed and will not return to the salon.

I had an eyebrow tint,wax and eyelash tint. The tints were fine but the eyebrow wax was not very good. one eyebrow was thinner than the other and had a triangle shape out of it.After leaving and looking in the mirror at the toilets I had to go back to the store and ask for another staff member to fix my eyebrows. The lady was very nice had fixed them to the best possible result after the first round.She also gave me a voucher for a free wax for next time. I don't think I shall book ahead in future I shall just walk past and check out who is working in the store beforehand first

The ladies are very nice there, just can't go back because I have a bad reaction to their wax.

The experience was fine but could have been better, the shop felt a little run down and cheap, ie Woolworth's talc was used, I understand keeping it cheap, but you could have put it in a nicer container, a little side table to put things on like my phone and glasses, TV on, music, playing, Make it more obviously that you do males. Just felt lacking in atmosphere, this isn't a complaint just what i would rather experience.
