I had a standard colour (chocolate brown), and cut done. And it came to $215 dollars. I have no idea how they came up with this price, but I have never been charged so much for a standard cut and colour. I did get a $20 treatment add on, but even then the price was very high. I also left with dye all along my hair line. I didnt notice until I got home, but there was dye one inch below my hair line all along my forehead. Pretty embarrassing going out with dye all over your forehead! Especially after paying $215 for it! Also totally underwhelmed with the hair cut, I asked for long layers and there are no layers at all? Definetley would not recommend them or go back

O trabalho do Silvio cabeleireiro é excelente, gosto muito. Porém, fiquei bem inconformada nesta última vez. Já havia cortado o cabelo lá, o valor do corte é $50, mas dessa vez cobraram $75 alegando que eu estava fazendo um upstyle, porque cortei de longo pra long bob. Nunca vi isso, uma diferença de $25 (metade mais) pq vão tirar 10 dedos e não 4, sério? Cheguei avisando o quanto iria cortar, eles poderiam ter me informado sobre esta diferença. obrigada

More than once I call to ask price and book and when I pay it is a different price. Very disappointing. Service always really good.

Service was great as always. What bothers me is the chemical air/smoke we have to inhale from while the someone else treatment. I didn't feel good doing nails and breathing that toxicating air.

The service is great. However, this visit was $25 more expensive than last time for a similar cut and time spent. I have no idea why- maybe the hairdresser was more experienced? But the time and hairdresser I booked with were not available so I had to change my booking to a less convienient time.
