Although I have always found Essential Beauty staff to be very friendly. The whole Essential Beauty chain is very much a "get you in and get you out" environment. There have been multiple times where there has only been one person in the salon and they have had to leave the room for a phone call and / or walk in customer, which in turn makes the appointment rushed as the staff member is forced to catch up on time. I have gone back several times purely just for the price and the convenience, but after my last experience will not be going again, and have since found somewhere else that is basically twice the price and 45 minutes drive away, but am more than happy to pay this amount and travel this distance as the service is fantastic. I would definetley not recommend Essential Beauty to anyone, infact I have been doing the exact opposite and telling people to steer clear.
