All Therapists continue to train and have many years of experience in all areas of beauty ranging from waxing to massage to IPL hair removal/skin rejuvenation to skin needling to biosculpture gel nails to Russian volume lashes.  We are proud of the amazing results we gain for our lovely clients.

I have blood coming from the back of both my arms. Please can you arrange refund

Hi Chez, we are sorry to hear you had bleeding after your wax. We have tried to contract you to offer our advice but unable to contac. Yes, bleeding can happen after a wax. Each hair follicle is connected to a blood vessel so it is perfectly normal for this to happen. It is more common with people that have coarse hair (ie male clients) or have sensitivity. It is also more common with clients that don't have regular waxing. We recommend a 4-5 week schedule with your waxing and also not shaving in between. Another tip is to gently exfoliate before your wax to loosen the hairs from the follicle so the wax grabs more easily. Please contact us at any time, we would be happy to advise you further.

Hi The lady performing the waxing was good and honest Back and chest was good... it was her first time doing a chest - she was honest about it.. But to have this bruising on my arm is not right ! This is the second time this has happened
