I'm not looking for any outcome but honestly the young lady that did my eyelashes was so incredibly uninterested and looked like she would rather be doing anything else. She was not friendly or approachable, and did not show the lashes before I paid. It has not even been a week since my appointment and I've lost 40% of my lashes (following the care instructions given). I still haven't fully submerged my lashes in water or used any oil products yet the keep falling out. Honestly $125 is a scam.

I usually go into get my eyelashes done but this time I was very disappointed with the quality and for the amount I paid. This time I paid more than I EVER have and I seemed to have get less eyelashes I’m not sure if this was because they were closing at 5 and I was in abit past that- I was early to my appointment- but why would I be put in to have this appointment if they were going to rush my appointment anyways. My eyes are so sore the lady was rough with me I felt overall upset with my experience this time round, I’m sorry I’m not one to usually complain but this time round I felt ripped off and it’s rather disappointing.

My henna eye brows which was my first time is a nightmare, I think they were inexperienced, my eye brows do not match crooked not even and blotchy will never 👎 walk into Ella Bache ever again I do want a refund, I live an hours drive from Coffs Harbour cannot afford the petrol to to have them redone,very disappointed 😢 had them done for Christmas, so now I have to remove them I want a refund so to go elsewhere to have the applied professionally. I booked a deluxe pedicure costing $85. I had to sit off the hallway up in a hard wooden grandstand like chair while two other women sat down below me getting their nails done and talking about everything and everyone. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I left with a sore back and bottom from the seating. There was no privacy or relaxation about this experience Luckily I was wearing shorts as in a skirt I would have been exposed to all. An extremely disappointing and over priced hour.

I had a deluxe manicure, very disappointed with product. Nails still werent dry 5 hours later, nail lacquer was Opi. I have this product at home. Chipped and marked.Wouldnt get nail manicure there ever again.
