The salon was very relaxing. The lady who looked after me for my treatment with was lovely, however I was a little disappointed to find my mask had not been washed off properly on my neck & face when returning home. My eyelash tinting stained my face for almost a week after being told it would come off the following day & honestly there is no difference to the lashes & found it was a waste of money. I was also heavily covered with a tinted moisturizer afterwards which was also not applied properly & washed off as soon as I got home. The appointment confirmation text was also received after my appointment. I wouldn't recommend Ella Bashe
