My daughter has attended to hairolgy to get her hair curled for her ball. She came to the car crying. She asked for her hair to be curled and it was only waved. She was told by the stylist that her hair was too uneven along the bottom to curl. Stylist then proceeds to cut her hair dry and was far too short. She felt put down at the fact that she uses store bought products at the age of 17… also to finalise, there was a 30 minute wait even thought she had a 1:50pm appointment. We will not be returning or recommending your service. I am horrified at the money which has been spent for the end results.
