The waxer was inexperienced and unprofessional. She left a lot of hair and made excuses for the hair not waxed. After asking her to remove the unwanted hair (that I was paying her to remove) she attempted to with hesitation and just broke the hair by using an incorrect technique. I am left with patches of short broken hairs. This was not acceptable for a $45 wax. I told the person in charge and she also did nothing. Did not appologised or give me a discount as I was incredibly unsatisfied. If there was a reason I couldn't be waxed they should have told me prior. I told my friends about the experience and told them I would never spend $45 at essential beauty for a wax as they left so much hair. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I felt ripped off

When I first walked in to book my appoinment the consultant did not approach me with a warm greeting. She was rather standoffish and had a judgemental look in her eye. The same consultant was there when I was paying. Instead of a warm approach the same cold expression when she asked if I wanted to rebook. Not much time was given to me when I was undressing prior to my waxing nor was I given any privacy to change once my treatment was done. The wax was extremely hot and the person waxing was quite rough. I am unsure if I will return as this experience would not be rated very satisfactory.

I went to Essential Beauty at Melbourne Central for my tragus piercing. The day when I got my piercing done was quite nice, the staff was ok but she seemed like rushing when answering my questions. I quite disappointed about that. About 2 weeks after I went again because of something wrong with my tragus, I was expecting that they would give me some useful advice but the staff didn't, the staff did not even see my tragus properly and just said it was ok in a very frustrated way. Very disappointing.
