Quiet expensive and no perfection at all. Did upper lip waxing. Under the saloon lighting it looked ok, came home and saw many hairs still on my upperlip, was devastated. Spent money for very poor result.

The quality of products and professionalism of work done - I had waxing was good. However I found the actual experience not ideal. I am happy to chat about whats going on but hearing about all the issues in the service providers personal life was too much. I want to have a relaxing period when I am having any form of beauty and the conversation was depressing. I had to step in towards the end to actually ask to change the subject. To be honest I am not 100% sure if I will return.

Extremely surprised by the price of an eyebrow wax! It is the most I have ever paid for a brow wax or threading. $25?? I was in there for no more than 5 minutes. It wasn't even a great wax. Needless to say it was a rip off and I will not be back!

for the price i had paid was way not worth the treatment.i had asked to get my eyebrows waxed as well and she totally forgot but was happy to offer other services that cost heaps of money. the consultant didnt speak english clearly and jumbled her words. I would not reccomend this place at all for the service and price payed.

It’s very noisy with all the people walking past & screaming kids. Facial is average. I’ve had much better facials elsewhere. Quite pricey. The staff always trying to sell more products & packages. All I want is a peaceful environment, relaxing atmosphere & a good facial.

The facial I got was good. I just booked in for their signature facial but wasn't sure what it was but I really just wanted a deep clean so happy with a recommendation. It was a bit obvious that the beautician was trying hard to upsell me too much. I was not there for it. I just wanted something simple for the day and not looking to commit to regular visits, especially as it was my first visit and just wanted to test the waters as well. The constant pushing to buy more treatments and products made me uncomfortable and I probably wouldn't come back even though the facial gave me good results.
