Given I was not happy with my tint colour, I felt the explanation and my disappointment were not handled as well as I thought they could have been. I felt sorry for Viktoria who clearly was just following instructions, besides giving me a shower while washing my hair she did a good job overall. There was also a discrepancy over the price i was charged which also could have been handled better.

I was upset the person serving me for a couple of hours for a colour treatment had a bad cold and was coughing and breathing on me . I was not offered a cup of tea in three hours I was there, although I have always been in the past.

It was good but very disappointed in a white shirt that has now been stained with colour as a result of the service. I was unaware of this until I got home

Whilst I think Victoria is great at tints and general care, she is far and away from a decent blow dryer. I was most disappointed on many levels today. My hair did not look like it had been blow waved and quite frankly, people were amazed when I mentioned I had been to the hairdresser. I do a better job at blow waving my hair myself. The other disappointment was that Darlene showed no interest in what Victoria was doing or did and didn't even ask if I was happy. It was very clear that this was a lank, no styled hair look and absolutely nothing like I would expect from the attention I would normally expect. I intend to call Darlene on Tuesday to discuss this further.

The service is always good unfortunately I'm not happy with the foils as you cannot really tell its been done. Don't feel I got the color I wanted, even as fter taking in a picture.
