Was quite painful given it’s a lash lift and tint and bottom lashes were not tinted at all.

I think a refresher wipe should be provided prior to wax. I felt very rushed at my treatment, I was literally in and out, including payment time, within 10 minutes. This is standard every time I visit and I think you rush clients too much. This last wax was not a great job with many hairs left. Disappointing.

Waxing is not necessarily the most restful experience however Ann has such a bubbly personality & is quick yet efficient at getting the job done. I always feel that it is over before I am ready to leave & have always been delighted in the results over past 6 years.
