I am absolutely disgusted with what happened!!!! My lash lift was a complete disaster and I’m left with burnt eyelids, a black stain I can’t remove under my eye and my eyelashes have almost disappeared they’re so tightly wound back and in all different directions!!! I look absolutely ridiculous!!! I am beyond devastated!!!!!!!

1. Choice of music for a relaxing massage is very important. R&B (which has a very strong beat or occasionally has rap) is absolutely not the right choice and it made for a very un-relaxing experience. I would encourage you to consider gentle music with no lyrics (especially inappropriate lyrics about sex!!!) for the rooms. 2. The music itself kept cutting in and out abruptly. Normally this would be an unwelcome distraction but due to the choice of music, I welcomed the moments of complete silence. 3. The room was so incredibly cold and 2 towels were not enough to keep me warm. I'm sure my therapist could feel my freezing fingers and toes and yet, half way through, she turned off the heating and had the cool fan turned on. (I promptly asked if it could be turned off as I would not have lasted with the room any colder). Consider either warming up the room more or providing a heated blanket (or a blanket at all!) like other salons provide. The client is naked and therefore the room needs to be warmer than usual. The light is also far too strong for the room and the towel placed over my eyes was not enough to shield from the brightness. 4. Therapists should ideally leave phones outside the room or at least completely silent (not on vibrate) as the therapists phone was called and therefore vibrating several times during the session. 5. The floors need addressing. This is probably the most challenging of my feedback points that would need addressing as I understand structural changes to buildings are not so easy, however, the floors have been laid so badly that every movement the therapist made with her feet made the whole bed bounce - quite violently when she was just walking from one side to the other. Again, this does not provide for a very calming and relaxing experience. 6. The massage technique left a lot to be desired. I felt like it was more of a 'sunscreen application' session rather than a massage. There was no deep kneading or tapotement as described on your website. There was also so much oil used that was not wiped off so I was drenched.

A one hour massage in which I spent the time thinking about what I would write in a review, rather than relaxing. It wasn't a relaxing experience. The therapist used rushed movements and was a little rough at times. I was scratched by her long fingernails multiple times and had cold oil poured over my back. Although it's a nice environment, this is probably one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The therapist needs to work on her technique.

Have always enjoyed my appointments at Hampton, but today was disappointing. The lady that did my eye lashes didnt even introduce herself, have no idea of her name. She sat in the room waiting for the lash tint I think filing her nails?? Didnt talk to me, was so awkward. Have always been offered a hand massage, not this time. She obviously wasnt aware that is what is normally offered, but just felt awkard with her sitting there not saying anything. The lash tint wasnt normal quality either, bit smudged. I would still come back, however definetly not with that staff.

I was told there was no extractions included in the ‘signature’ Facial. But would have paid for these to be done . Then told I didn’t have any. I was not offered water. And she was not there when I left . But overall it was quite a nice facial.
