Not happy with the end of my service and that ruined the whole experience, was never asked how I would like my hair styled I as given a half blow dry By the apprentice my hair still wet and then rushed out of the chair. I had to ask her to re blow my hair and put some fly away cream. Not a great end to my experience, I liked the colour but the end had left me feeling terrible! I then had to go home and straighten my own hair after spending $460 on the service. The amount of money I had spent I could have gone to a up market blonde salon.

The staff are always lovely, however my usual stylist was available. Although I had a discussion with the stylist before she started with a colour, foils and a cut -unfortunately I didn’t feel that the end result for my hair matched what I had specifically requested. I had also shown a photo and asked for an ‘obvious’ change with some dramatic foils...but the overall result was barely noticeable and very similar to the colour I came in with. The cut was good and I was treated very well, but unfortunately I felt for the price I had paid a lot, for very little difference overall.

I recently went to NV for a wash & blow dry for an event I had that evening. Although the service I received was professional, prompt & super efficient I was sadly left bitterly disappointed by the following; • I rarely have a wash & blow dry so when I do I LIVE for the scalp massage - I was escorted to the basin by whom I assume was the junior / apprentice in which had no interest in being there, the scalp massage I received I could only describe was like someone using 10 limp sausages to rub my head - in a nut shell my 3yr old would have done better job. • off the to chair I went to a gorgeous young women (who I didn’t specifically book with for the appointment) there was no explanation of why my original hairdresser wasn’t available & why I now had her. • the hairdresser smashed out my blow dry in record time (would definitely book with her again - but then concerned I wouldn’t actually get her on the day) • I went to the counter to pay to which the total came to $80 which was strange as when I made the booking I was told $70 I was in a rush/ didn’t want to make a scene that I got back to the car, realised what I had paid & made me feel sick in the stomach. I understand if there was an additional charge for weekends/ extra long hair but the fact there was no consult, no explanation again & just $80 thanks for coming left me feeling quite disappointed. My hair is long yes, did it take the hairdresser longer to complete the appointment- no. Would I return? No unless it was for a $35 wash & blow dry special In a nut shell; $80 for a wash n blow dry (pretty sure my usual hairdresser charges that for a cut in there as well) Didn’t get the hairdresser I booked Zero scalp massage If I’m going to pay $80 for this service I expect to have a qualified hairdresser giving me a scalp massage so good my leg would shake like an old few bitten dog getting a scratch on the back. May I repeat - $80 for a 45min appointment for wash & blow dry

I usually love the experience here but this time not so much. My hair was rushed the whole time and chopped very un even. I also left with very very matted hair with toner not washed out properly with a result of lots of breakage. I never post bad reviews but I just feel like I have been ripped off this time, sadly

I love how friendly and professional the staff are, however I have found my treatments increasingly expensive.
