First time back since change over in management. Renovations are still in progress. Things to note for prior clients/feedback: - No longer a relaxing dim day spa. Probably wouldn’t have booked if I’d known in advance. - interior is completely different, not relaxing due to white everything, bright lights that stay on during treatment, very clinical. Recently painted, scent still very strong. - can hear all reception conversations during treatment/can hear all activity in back parking lot. - Treatment was good, still good value for money, hope it stays this way! - Therapist briefly explained treatment when asked but didn’t explain each step as they were happening, if you want that you will need to ask. - Instagram / website becoming more modern! - No follow up appointment discussed / offered, no skin care recommendations made. Not a bad thing as the pressure to spend more after treatment complete wasn’t there. Overall 5/10.
