I used to have Stacey colour my hair but upon calling to book my next appointment, I was informed she no longer worked there. Although disappointed, I agreed to have someone else colour my hair this time. I had foils and a toner. The toner was left on too long, leaving my hair brassy and dull. I went back to the salon within a week to have it fixed and the colourist argued with me. I was obviously not happy with the colour and was not expecting her to argue with me about it, especially considering how much money I paid to have my hair coloured in the first place. She offered me little in the way of resolution and I left very unhappy still. I will not return. Every time before this visit however, I was happy with my hair. If someone could tell me where Stacey went I would be grateful!!

Asha and Lee (?) were very helpful with a bad situation; honest in their assessment and solution. Haircare goods over-priced however treatment and haircut reasonable.

I love the Bourke St salon. It's a lovely relaxing space, the massage chairs at the basins are an absolute treat and there is real coffee and champagne on offer. I have been a client for 18 months and my hair has never looked better. The staff run on time, know about all the latest cuts and treatments and are all very friendly and helpful. I also use the beautician services and they are excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Ridiculously overpriced I paid nearly $500 and she ruined my hair I had to get it done twice after to try and fix it and its still not perfect. I think their prices are crazy for an 'up market' salon, I'd rather go to someone in the middle of a country town for half the price as clearly they did a better job than here. Extremely dissatisfied.

Well i'm suprised that they didnt do manicure properly, no gel n no proper treatment for dry nails. It was healing pedicure treatment but she just did cut my nail n put nail polish on. Have "$120" hair cut with i thought he was a professional, but he just did tream my hair n not even fix my fringe.
