My hair was cut too short I asked for two centimeters but the cut was 7 ot 8 cms possibly 9 which will take 6 mths to grow back, my hair was down to my armpits now it’s a bob.

Rude staff. Overpriced with a pressure to spend more. Don't listen and therefore don't deliver what the client wants.

Hi Alex, We are very disappointed that you feel this way as you have been a loyal monthly client since last year. I am quite shocked to hear that you have had this experience as you re booked your next appointment with us at the time of our stylist checking you out and commented that you liked your stylecut. Our men's style cuts are $52 which I believe is reasonable considering the time it takes, the wages we pay and the specialised training undertaken by the senior staff. We have taken your feedback into consideration and have spoken with our stylist about your concerns. As you can appreciate we are always endeavoring to please our clients and deliver what is us asked of us. Unfortunately we are not magicians and can't perform miracles as is what is sometimes expected of hairdressers. We believe in educating our clients in the best way to take care of their hair and at no time put pressure on our clients to spend more money. Unlike other businesses we have absorbed price increases and not changed our prices in five years. We also are always giving out complimentary services and products to our clients to ensure that they are able to manage and style their hair. Once again we are still unsure as to why you re-booked if you were so unhappy at the time.

Absolutely lovely staff. I've found the hair cut too short to do anything with and one or two foils are quite thick and cover most of the side of my head when trying to wear up during week

I booked a 30 minute consult but after only about 7 mins with the lovely and very helpful Georgia the owner burst into the room speaking very loudly and said “this is taking forever” she wanted to take over the conversation and suggested Georgia wasn’t giving the right advice. I will be following Georgia’s advice I thought it was excellent. Unfortunately i will be finding a different salon to perform the service as I have no desire to be spoken to or to hear staff spoken to in the manner the owner spoke to us!
