lovely people and great customer service just the work done with my hair was not the best. lop sided and very uneven everywhere to the point where i’m ashamed to have my hair out.

Make up artist and hair stylist billy are absolutely amazing, owner or boss was rude and dismissive of staff and me. I felt very in her way. And she ruined the environment feel for my ! Definitely recommend the makeup artist though !!

I waited for half an hour for my appointment to start late and when it got finished my hair had a good side and a bad side abi did really pretty curls and the other lady did weak ones. It was extremely pricey. Though the girls seemed angry with each other they were both really nice. They should have had more workers on which would have made most things better

Felt rushed as they were running late so had to wait long for my app. Was supposed to get an apprentice and be a lot cheaper which it was very expensive for a trim.

The photo I showed of what I wanted, was nothing like what I got. but the look now inst that bad just not what I wanted.
