I booked in for a signature facial as a treat for myself after a hard few months. When I went into get my facial, I had a lovely lady as my therapist, we discusses my skin and what products I use but not the service I would be receiving, I assumed because I booked for a signature facial that, that is what I would be receiving.during my massage I thought to myself it's weird she has not used the hot stones yet which is part of the reason I wanted the signature but just thought she must be doing it different. Then it was all over I came out and went to pay for the service and to my surprise she lady on reception asked for $195! I almost fainted because I was stressing about the $125 I was meant to be spending let alone $195! The lady explained I got a different facial that was more expensive and said there must have been a mix up. She offered to take $20 off but $175 is still a lot of money for me with a young family(I would never spend that much on myself). I really enjoyed the facial I received from my therapist but it really runin the experance for me as I had to go home and tell my husband how much I just spent on myself. I think if if they had of just confirmed with me what facial and price first it would have solved all of this. I quite upset about the outcome.
