I won’t be going back to shampers @ 3 to get my hair done anymore!! I had been given some advice and then got other opinions from other hair dresses and they said nothing like what i was told. I also have spent a lot of money on product that was recommended to me and then i was told i have been using the wrong one and to try a different type. This again was another cost and my hair felt horrible & extremely dry. Plus my hair left looking worse than it did when i walked in. My hair was still not what i wanted it to look like even after numerous visits and paying a lot of money (just under $400.00 each time) I have gone to another hair dresser since my last visit and my hair is exactly the colour i have been wanting for AGES! and feels AMAZING!!!! it has been a bit since i got my hair done and it still feels and looks like it did when i left this other salon. Plus it only cost a 3rd of the price of what it did at Shampers. Plus the general service isn’t that great. Only once have I ever been offered a drink and I have never been asked if I would like the massage chair turned on when getting my hair washed and rinsed. I have always had to ask for this service and fell I should not have to. I also did not realise how bad the salon is until I had been to another salon and got such great results and service. I would not recommend your salon to anyone I know. Lastly after listening to all of your pregnant staff complain I felt like shooting myself. If they are not able to work and be professional when clients are around then maybe they should stay home or be sent home. I think your prices, staff knowledge and even your products (sell and use including dye) should be looked at urgently!! I hope you take the time to read this and hopefully make some changes because as i am sure if you keep going the way you are you won’t have any clients left. Kind regards a very upset ex client.

I requested a trim plus shampoo and blow dry, I ended up with a CREW CUT my hair has always combed back,now it will take me months to get my correct hairstyles back.it was a good haircut if I wanted a Crew cut.but not for the style I came in with.very disappointed with this haircut

All very rushed. Hair dresser could have been more friendly, wasn't really interested in discussing what I wanted don't with my hair.

The stylist used a different brand of colour on my hair after I told her I have a function coming up. Basically, the new product produced substandard results compared to what is usually used. Satisfactory outcome after all as another complimentary appointment was scheduled to fix it. I was a bit disappointed because I usually love what my stylist does with my hair.
