Hi there. I had Levita yesterday for my treatment. She was really professional, and very friendly and kind. Overall the experience was good. My only complaint is that my nail polish is not great, and has already chipped/marked (I didn’t wear closed in shoes for this to happen when I noticed). I’m not sure if it’s the brand of nail polish you’re using, or the way it’s been put on. I don’t normally like to complain, but it’s noticeably bad.

It was a lovely treatment and experience. No advice was given. The beautician was very quiet and respectful. It would have been helpful to be reminded of what package included at the start of the treatment. I felt a little pressured to book my second gift voucher package on a weekday rather then a Saturday even when my. circumstances were explained.

The reason for the 0 rating for quality professional advice given was that I did not have any advice given at all. That's ok. The only fault is I did not receive the full 60 minutes of treatment. My appointment was at 1.30pm, in which I arrived right on time. I waited 10 minutes until being taken in to the treatment room, undressed, had treatment, re-dressed, sat down for another 10 minutes afterwards sipping the tea and this was all within 60 minutes. The entire duration of my treatment in this case was definately not the 60 minutes as promised. Oh well, I still very much enjoyed being pampered. Maybe next time I'll set a timer :-P

Sara was extremely professional . Lovely , relaxing massage . A little pricey , but worth it .
