I look forward to seeing my therapist (Shantelle) every few weeks as she is always happy, polite, courteous and a very caring nature. Shantelle has a wealth of knowledge and experience around skin care and everything beauty! I would recommend making an appointment to see Shantelle and experience the wonderful customer service, skill and expertise she provides.

Great massage, scrub and facial. Unfurtnately the place needs an update in particular the room with the shower. Whilst having my massage and facial I could hear the constant chatter of the girls in the reception. Having to use the shared toilet in the centre is a turnoff as they are quite dirty. I would come back if they had an upgrade to the facilities.

It has been a while since i last had a facial and this is my first facial at ella bache in over 20 years. I have lived overseas extensively and therefore had many treatments in many countries and have based my feedback comparing other countries and the product/s they use

The therapist at Ella Bache Gladesville, Shantelle, was not only a diligent technician but was also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the about the various products she was using during the treatment. Shantelle is a brilliant brand ambassador for the company and sets a high bar for other therapists to follow.
