Cannot speak highly enough of Michelle ... it is rare to find someone who truly understands and is skilled at cutting naturally curly hair ... and who is interested to listen and explore what her client is hoping to achieve ... and who then delivers that end result ... each visit! Michelle's Hair and Beauty Cafe in Kadina is a welcoming, relaxing and attractive environment ... perfect for enjoying some "me time". Each visit there, it is heartwarming to observe Michelle's dedication to training and supporting her younger Team members and encouraging them as they build their skills and confidence. Though I have recently relocated to the Mid North, I will happily spend 5 hours driving to have Michelle cut my hair. Tip to others ... plan ahead, Michelle is a very popular hair stylist!

I happily travel almost 3 hours each way to have my haircut! Especially if you have naturally curly or wavy hair, I highly recommend Michelle to you. She is a mature stylist with lots of experience and a great "feel" for how hair will "behave" with a certain style and cutting technique. From my first appointment, Michelle was sincerely interested and took plenty of time to listen, look at pictures and gain an understanding of what I was wanting to achieve, as well as my own (limited) ability to "manage" my hair on a daily basis. She was willing to make suggestions as well ... and then efficiently produced results that I have been delighted with after every haircut. My Michelle's Hair and Beauty Cafe experience has always been friendly, relaxing and welcoming ... as a mature client, I have always felt respected and valued. I have taken particular note of Michelle's patience and dedication to training, supporting and encouraging the younger stylists and apprentices in her employ ... very heart-warming to experience.

Having just moved to Kadina & with very thick unruly hair, finding a hairdresser is always a stressful process for me,but everything about my experience was absolutely excellent! Michelle really understood my hair & had techniques I have rarely seen used, that are perfect for my hair. Her knowledge & skill left me bouncing when I walked out. Very reasonably priced for such skilled service too!
