Thank you so much for fitting me in before Christmas. Hair colour great - thank you. Hair advice was very good - grateful for hairdresser telling me about scalp issue and giving me some scalp treatment to deal with it. Understand how good it is to have different staff complete different processes - all staff completed their roles professionally and were so pleasant. I felt a bit left in between, my appointment went from 10.00am until 1.30pm. It falls within the framework so maybe with Christmas it was just more hectic than usual. At the end I felt the finishing was rushed and my hairdresser was needing to go to another client. My hair takes a couple of days to settle and I will then have a feeling of how well it works. For now it is looking good, colouring was great - and I appreciate the overall service. Thank you.
