Top notch service from all the employees, Pip greets you by name and with a warm smile and offers you a coffee or water. Joseph washing your hair and having a chat, feels more lik you are talking with a old friend, and Pino listening to how you want your cut and delivering a top notch professional haircut. Honestly feels more like I am going out with long time friends then just getting a haircut. This is the type of customer service all places should adopt.

Have come home with a lovely haircut, and my ratings are only for the hairdresser! I am not sure how the appointment book was managed, but was clearly overbooked. I had called earlier in the morning to see if anything was available, but was clear that if nothing was available it was okay. They were kind to “rearrange” and fit me in, which they were kind enough to do so. However, it was a chaotic environment when I was there. I felt absolutely awful for the hairdresser (I forgot her name), as she was really under the pump. And although I could sense this, not once did I feel that my haircut was rushed. She was very patient and explained things very well. I would 100% go to her again, but really feel like it was my fault she was stressed out. Hope someone gives her an extra break or a raise!

My son had a great experience being pampered before and during his cut with a wash, head massage and hot chocolate:)

12 Oct. It took 1.5 hours to do a blunt chop, the first 45 mins I sat in a chair and kept being told someone would be there in 10. It’s fine to be running late, it’s not fine to keep people hostage. Phone clients ahead and say you are running x hrs behind. I rand behind the rest of the day because of this. Also, my cut was missing a few strands. Very frustrating all round.
