I thought tease foils for bleaching already bleached hair was a bad idea. But they're the professionals. But no. My hair became unbelievablable matted. Which in the beginning they tried to brush out of wet and freshly bleached hair without any products, not even conditioner. I had two to three people brushing out my hair at the same time and it still look them 2+ hours to get the knots out. Needless to say I have never lost so much hair before, by a very large margin. I couldn't say anything in store because I was there for seven and a half hours and just shut down, otherwise I would've broke down sobbing in the store throughout the whole process. When I came home I found broken bits of hair knotted around other strands which I had to cut off. I spent $600 for my hair to be ruined.

I feel bad about giving this bad review but I came out of the experience hating my hair. I asked for a little bit of framing for my fringe, it was cut straight across, like a bob, at different lengths. When I said they’re different lengths, he was a bit surprised and did not even them up, I felt too awkward to ask for him to blend my fringe in with my hair cause of his whole attitude. He was also very rough drying my hair and curling it. I felt very uncomfortable.

I booked in for a blow wave, upon arriving to my appointment I was told my blow wave wouldn’t look good unless I got a treatment with it. Little did I know this would cost me an extra $40 then what I originally booked for. I was expecting the blow wave of the century for $110, by the time I got to my car the waves the lady put in had dropped completely, little to mention my appointment was at 1.15 I left the salon at 3pm. Not sure what the hype is about this place but I definitely won’t be returning or referring family and friends.

I have been visiting Salon Vogue for almost six months now. I never have been unhappy with the service, staff or pricing... until today. I really hated the idea when they wanted me to pay advance this time for confirmation of an appointment. Having done that, I reached early for my appointment but was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I had to wait for more than half an hour (after my appointment time) for the required services, as I was in with my son for a haircut for each of us. The staff only apologized when I approached her asking for what's holding them? This was almost after 25 minutes of waiting... after my appointment time. Then, there was a wait of about 6-7 more minutes, till the hairdresser actually started with the service. Yes, the staff was cleaning the area around the chair to be used.... but happily chatting with other clients, but not letting me know about the why the wait and for how much longer...???!!! I understand that there are clients, who extend their requirements or want extra services last minute. But tell us at least!!!! But I could see my hairdressers busy with other clients, but none of them approached me to apologize for the wait. THIS IS PATHETIC. I only had my kid have his hair-cut as we had paid the advance. I now think that we were neglected as the services we required were very basic, not giving the Salon much business, as compared to other clients who were ordering expensive services. If that's not the reason, I can't think of any other reason as to why we were neglected. Pathetic. Was not expecting this treatment from Salon Vogue. It's as if my time is not important. Won't be returning for sure... because I know ... they at Salon Vogue don't care if they lose one customer.

12 Oct. It took 1.5 hours to do a blunt chop, the first 45 mins I sat in a chair and kept being told someone would be there in 10. It’s fine to be running late, it’s not fine to keep people hostage. Phone clients ahead and say you are running x hrs behind. I rand behind the rest of the day because of this. Also, my cut was missing a few strands. Very frustrating all round.

It was my second visit and had the worst experience ever. I had my first cut from Alan which was so good and thats why I came back but unfortunately he wasn't available and someone else cut my hair which was the worst cut I ever got in my life. Never coming back.
