Have come home with a lovely haircut, and my ratings are only for the hairdresser! I am not sure how the appointment book was managed, but was clearly overbooked. I had called earlier in the morning to see if anything was available, but was clear that if nothing was available it was okay. They were kind to “rearrange” and fit me in, which they were kind enough to do so. However, it was a chaotic environment when I was there. I felt absolutely awful for the hairdresser (I forgot her name), as she was really under the pump. And although I could sense this, not once did I feel that my haircut was rushed. She was very patient and explained things very well. I would 100% go to her again, but really feel like it was my fault she was stressed out. Hope someone gives her an extra break or a raise!

When I was having my hair washed a male hairdresser was upstairs yelling at another hairdresser telling them off for being upstairs for 15 minutes when they needed help with a client , another hairdresser had to tell him to be quiet as we could hear from downstairs

Nelly did such a wonderful job on my hair. She really took the time to talk to me and find out what I wanted for my hair. 5 different people also asked if I wanted a coffee which was so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. The salon was bustling as it was full of clients! But it was still very cosy. The only downside I would say was the hairdresser leaving pretty frequently to take care of other stuff and they charged me extra for a "restyle" which I thought was strange as I only had short hair. But overall a very good service.
