I love the result I got, it's blonder than I expected to get. For me I expected it to be the first round of bleaching on the path to platinum White, grey scale hair however I think the colourist believes I've achieved my end goal. I would like to get to that white hair with grey roots from here but I think it's a brilliant step in the right direction!

It's a friendly family run salon.They were running 1 hour late but that's fine it happens. I do not feel I got what I asked for and for almost £ 75 I am very disappointed.I felt that I kept getting told next time we will get the colour you want to get another appointment out of me. The colour I wanted has been achieved many times before. My cut is questionable ( uneven and I asked for it to be straight and some layers, there is layers yes but they are not blended in ) again not what I asked for. I am sorry to leave this review and I didn't complain while I was there as my hair was curled and when they had dropped out I noticed the cut and colour. I did make another appointment but unfortunately I will be cancelling.I don't have the funds to be paying to have it corrected elsewhere.
