As I am new to Wangaratta I needed to find a new hairdresser, the reason I chose Sococco was the presentation of the salon and upon entering the professionalism of the staff. My hair colour is a dark red and I am wanting to start the process of going lighter. The lady I spoke with gave me a good indication of the process and an appointment was made. Day of the appointment, Dom went thru what the process was, showed me the colour my hair would be after the process, and each step of the way, she made sure I was aware of what she was doing and how it would turn out. As this process is going to take some time I was very pleased with the first stage, my hair colour was lighter, it was in good condition and I was advised how to treat and care for it before the next stage. I cannot thank Dom and the staff enough, they made me feel so welcome, they are so professional, know their product and I am so glad that I walked in and made this appointment. I cannot speak more highly of Dom and her staff and the cost was not as expensive as I thought it would have been. I cant wait to see the final colour my hair will be.
