The online booking app has rarely worked properly. The sugar candy sweets available at the reception counter should be removed as they add nothing to the services. If anything is to be offered it should be a healthier and/or more palatable eg small packets of nuts or dried fruit. Hot drink offered at arrival is appreciated and expected. Men’s magazines are also appreciated.

Becoming increasingly expensive. As a pensioner, I may soon have to find an alternative hairdresser. Will be sad to leave. Too expensive for most family and friends.
