Comment
The only other feedback I have is that my phone number was entered incorrectly into the system - in from NZ and the number had been entered as an Australian mobile number - so I didn’t receive any communication to notify me the time of my appointment had been changed by half an hour or a confirmation message. However, Laura was wonderful and was able to accommodate me and I am very happy with the results of her work too.
