I found most staff to be approachable and lovely. I had lip filler done for the first time at Injex and I just found the lady I had seemed abit rushed to get me in and out of my appointment.

I have been going to Injex for a few years now and am usually very happy with my results and experience. The last few visits I have noticed that the ladies on reception don’t know what services I am booked in for and also always ask if I have been to Injex before, just the small things that don’t make you feel like a loyal client. On my recent visit I had booked in for injectables and needling, I booked this in at my previous appt before leaving the clinic. When I arrived today I was asked if I was having fillers. When I was taken into the room I said that I was also meant to be booked in for needling (which I double confirmed via text message when I was send a different appt time to what was written on my Injex card), I was then told that the lady who usually does my needling wasn’t working today so I wouldn’t be having that service. Disappointing as I do travel around 1hr to come to my appts and like to have it all done on the same day.

The ladies at injex were all so lovely. I was very nervous as it was my first time having anything done but they were very calming and friendly and made it an overall great experience. The process was very quick, professional and barely hurt at all! I had 1mil of fillers in my lips. I love the final result regarding the shape and have had many compliments on how natural they look. However, I’m pretty upset with the fact that the reason I wanted fillers is because I hated how uneven my lips are, my top lip being tiny compared to my bottom and I feel like now they’re still very uneven. I do like my lips more than I did before but I’d say I’m not happy with my result.

Friendly staff. Informative as. First time lip fill for me and eased any nerves I had :)
