The only other feedback I have is that my phone number was entered incorrectly into the system - in from NZ and the number had been entered as an Australian mobile number - so I didn’t receive any communication to notify me the time of my appointment had been changed by half an hour or a confirmation message. However, Laura was wonderful and was able to accommodate me and I am very happy with the results of her work too.

I live in western Brisbane and usually takes me an hour to get there and over an hour to return but wouldn't go anywhere else! Happily make the trip! Everyone at the clinic is always so helpful and lovely. Every treatment I've done I am so happy with and best pricing! Xx

Love Injex Capalaba - so quick, professional and great value for money. Always happy with the results. My only feedback would be for staff not to verbalise the treatment clients are receiving when they welcome them to the salon. I do not wish for the waiting room to know what treatment I am receiving at the clinic. Could this be confirmed via email or text in the lead up to the appointment perhaps?

Jasmine was very nice and informative. It was my first time getting any type of injection and I definitely felt less nervous after chatting with her.
