Overall very good experience however, it’d be more professional and make clients more comfortable to apply the numbing cream on in the treatment room rather than in front of everyone.

My only criticism is the reception staff announcing clients treatments as they arrive so that the entire waiting room knows what procedure or treatment they are receiving. Is there a way this could be done more discreetly?

It would have been lovely to get some more information on the teeth whitening session I had. I wasn’t aware my lips would get burnt or that I would get extra freckles on my lips and outside of my lips from the light. I also wasn’t aware that pigmentation would be left on my teeth - some spots whiter than others and it’s really noticeable in some places. Overall I am happy with the service I was provided with and the lady that helped me made me feel comfortable about the process.

I drive over an hour to get injectables at Injex so obviously usually a huge fan! But I have to say I’m a little disappointed with my latest treatment. I decided to give cheek fillers a go because I have an issue with the lines from my nose to my mouth, and I was told cheek filler would help. However I’ve been left with a lump and bruise on each cheek in areas I didn’t have a worry about and still droopy on the areas I was bothered about, and no difference to the lines I wanted to make better. I’d saved up the $1000 for my treatments only to wish i’d stuck with just anti wrinkle and lips! I like Injex clinics but it’s sometimes an inconsistent experience depending on the time and who you get.

I was really dissapointed that I had to pay an extra $20 for a 'touch up' of injectables after it was not distributed evenly the first time.

I had the teeth whitening service done. I experienced sensitivity which is expected but I left with burnt gums due to the high concentration of the bleach or the lights . I have now noticed my gums have tissue damage causing them to peel and recede on the bottom teeth and top side teeth. I would recommend having better alternatives for gum protection as this has left me feeling worried
