Customer experience over phone was okay, staff member didn’t seem overly enthused to assist with my query however Injector (Molly) was amazing. Molly was very friendly, informative and provided a service to make me want to come back to the clinic.

I usually go to jayde, she’s wonderful! This time jayde was booked out so I had another girl who was so lovely, very professional and she’s new at Injex. Unfortunately about 70% of the lashes have fallen off and I had them done 3 days ago. I think not enough glue is being used but I am unsure. I will be getting them re done this weekend.

The lady that did my treatment was lovely and accomodating especially because I was running late but she made it work. Afterwards I was enquiring about other service you offer but she didn’t really seem to care and kind of brushed me off. I will most likely look for service's else where.

The cosmetic nurse (Shivawn) who took my appointment was absolutely lovely. Very professional, very caring, took the time to explain everything to me. A credit to the team. As someone who was attending Injex Clinics for the very first time, I didn't feel overly welcome unfortunately when I first presented to the ladies on reception. For that reason, I don't think I will be back to Injex regretfully.

What’s disappointing is that it always feels super rushed and they don’t make follow up appointments (it seems once you’re done they don’t care about the results) I have been to this clinic 5 times and spent around $5000 and to get second appointment can take a month because they are so busy churning through clients. Iv had 2 cases where the filler was not even and when I had Botox they did it in the wrong area and used such a tiny quantity that it didn’t work, I booked another appointment for weeks later (the earliest I could get back in) to show them the lack of results and they charged me again to redo the area I’d already paid for!! Any other place i’ve been to always do a follow up and correct anything free of charge! Needless to say I won’t be returning.
