I am a mature woman who was looking for a different hair salon in Collaroy. I was very happy with the consultation about tint colour and style I wanted. Mel did a nice job. I also felt comfortable and liked the friendliness in the salon.

I can't say enough about Tranquillity Hair, I've been a client of Mel and Sam for 18 years. I go every week for a blowdry and every 5 weeks for a color. The girls have a tight team and I love them all. I domt know what Id do without them all. I tell all my friends how amazing the team are and I've introduced lots of friends whom are alsomtotally happy.

The fact that I have travelled from Leichhardt to Collaroy for hair care for the past 10 years is a pretty good indication that Tranquillity Hair has all the goods - good vibe, good service, value for money and good conversation. Plus I get to catch up on all the gossip mags while enjoying a complimentary coffee and get to enjoy the beachside views.

The only small issue on my recent visit was that they were obviously running behind and, although I wasn't personally in a rush so it didn't bother me, I felt like I was being rushed through in a bid to avoid the next customer having to wait. This just made me feel a little uncomfortable, and concerned that my cut may suffer as a result of hurrying, and hesitant to request further attention to my cut. However in the end the stylist did a great job despite the rush!

The colouring was great. Bit dissapointed with the head massage as its usually the best part and lasted for about 20 seconds. I asked for my hair to be thinned out twice and she forgot. Have always had a great experience here and this time I had a hairdresser that I haven't had before so was a little disappointed with this visit.
