The staff at Ella Bache in Bairnsdale went above and beyond to assist me with a problem with a gift card I had received. The problem ended up being solved and after that had happened I was offered a cup of tea, biscuits and some chocolates as they could see how upset and somewhat embarrassed I was. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism during my time there. The facial was fantastic and was almost ruined by the payment experience but they saved the day. Next time I will request a gift card direct from the store. Thank you once again.
