Liz is the ultimate professional beautician. I felt comfortable, relaxed and trusted her completely. She answered my questions on Ella Bache products showing her wide knowledge of the Ella Bache range. She checked carefully the colours of eye brows, eye lashes and nail polish. As I also had a massage today, she planned my visit well with the painting of toenails last on the agenda. She often checked that I was comfortable. A great experience.
