The service you receive from this salon is amazing. From the very moment you step inside you are welcomed, made comfortable and feel like you are part of Sizza's Family. Warm ambiance, great lighting, comfortable chairs, everything down to the last bit of decor has been thought about and ensures you will and are made feel comfortable and relaxed. I entered in shop after thinking I had some what hairdressing skills at 41 yrs old and decided to hack and colour my own hair. Emily my hairdresser from the word go made me feel comfortable and not anxious that I had taken it upon my self to think I could skip a whole apprenticeship and perform a miracle with my hair being dark brown with red highlights to being a blonde. I was so much ecstatic that Emily not only coloured my hair to an amazing shade in which I do believe will set a trend in Townsville but also gave my hacked hair a beautiful shape again. I am so glad I have found not only my new hairdressers but some great girl-friends to come hang out with every 6 weeks. Well done to such an amazing, super friendly team see all you gorgeous ladies soon xx M xxxxx

I was a little nervous about coming to a new salon, and to have my hair done ''properly'' by trained stylists and trained colourists, who have had training above and beyond a basic haircutter, which was where I used to go all the time. The cost of services was also important to me. I need not have been nervous at all. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I got there, seated and asked what refreshments I would like. My hairdresser was Emily, and as I explained to her the idea I had in mind, she was encouraging to keep telling her whatever I had considered as a style and colour. She then just suggested a few minor changes that would make my hair sit more like I wanted it too, and she also mixed colours to the exact shades I had in mind. The cost for all this was less than I had estimated, which was great too. I would urge everyone to give these ladies a go - you will not be sorry, and I can now say ''my hairdresser Emily',, as I have not ever had one particular person doing my hair. Give them a go - you will not be disappointed.
