It's always challenging when a first time client walks through the door and asks for a complete change. Ellie did a wonderful job and I left the salon feeling myself once again. A good balance between listening to the clients needs and sharing expert advice. The quality of the service from a warm cuppa on arrival, up to date magazines, punctuality, clean restroom and minimal/streamlined decor. Thanks Ellie for your competence with the cut and colour as well as relaxing wash! I've already had positive comments.
