Staff are always friendly and helpful going out of their way to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. Due to the where I live and the lack of notice I often have in making appointments I have consistently been impressed with the effort staff make to square me and my family in...it is much appreciated. I recommend CC to everyone! I have never yet in 15 years walked out feeling less than happy with my hair cut. If I am disappointed with the colour, it is either fixed, or an additional appointment is made to fix it at no cost and never have I been made to feel that this is an imposition. If I had to give some feedback for improvement - even when a business is thriving it should always be futures focussed with an eye to ongoing growth and improvement! Have you considered a CC uniform? At times I have thought that presentation/standard of dressed some is perhaps not always reflective of your quality establishment Have you considered how the hairstyles of your staff could positively impact on your clients? At a hair salon it would be inspiring to be surrounded by creative, diverse, modern and well cut/coloured stylists....bit like your staff being your best advertisement. Your clientele want to be convinced by what they see ! You should be proud of your establishment - I always enjoy my visits.

As is always the case, my appointment at Convict Cutters was excellent, it is indeed a great privledge to have someone as compentant as Robert Mathews to cut and colour my hair, and to give me a new look.I cannot express enough the trust and faith I have in Rob. and the team at Convict Cutters, that is the reason why he has been looking after me for many years. I have difficulty with managing the stairs because I have a disability,one of the Convict Cutters team are always there to take me both up and down those stairs, I cannot praise the service they provide enough.
