Quite often people in the street, or in restaurants, and recently by an flight service attendant on a plane, approach me to say how much they like my hair colour. If they ask me what the name of the colour is, I tell them I have it done at Convict Cutters.

Have been a customer of Convict Cutters for over 20 years. Would not go anywhere else. The level of service is excellent. The staff are all very professional, welcoming and friendly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful going out of their way to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. Due to the where I live and the lack of notice I often have in making appointments I have consistently been impressed with the effort staff make to square me and my family in...it is much appreciated. I recommend CC to everyone! I have never yet in 15 years walked out feeling less than happy with my hair cut. If I am disappointed with the colour, it is either fixed, or an additional appointment is made to fix it at no cost and never have I been made to feel that this is an imposition. If I had to give some feedback for improvement - even when a business is thriving it should always be futures focussed with an eye to ongoing growth and improvement! Have you considered a CC uniform? At times I have thought that presentation/standard of dressed some is perhaps not always reflective of your quality establishment Have you considered how the hairstyles of your staff could positively impact on your clients? At a hair salon it would be inspiring to be surrounded by creative, diverse, modern and well cut/coloured stylists....bit like your staff being your best advertisement. Your clientele want to be convinced by what they see ! You should be proud of your establishment - I always enjoy my visits.
